Lurkers are fine IMHO. Nothing wrong with window-shopping.

Things are out of balance; we do need many more "givers" and fewer "takers" .
Every man knows at least "one thing", even me.....

Its the way of the internet. For every member you will have hundreds of watchers. For every posting member you will have hundreds of members who rarely even bother to log in.
I own a good sized forum that deals with a totally unrelated subject and it is the same there.
You will never get them involved, most of the watchers come in from Google/Bing/Yahoo searches for a specific question.

Unless they have a really difficult question most basic stuff has been answered on these forums. Even with new posters the same questions get asked. How many times has lawn mower fanatic described his hrx? He probably has it under permanent copy and paste. And with the electrical problem I forget who but someone pastes the way to diagnose. Everyone else needs a carb cleaned. Lol

Hey! I should use copy and paste! And it's Rivets who posts the detailed posts about electrical problems.

Well I Log in 99% of the time, I just like to read about the problems different ones are having, I like to see what The answers are to some of these things, to me its better that suffering around on the TV< > Thanks to All of You that Help solve the Problems that show up here, This Forum has Helped me a Number of Times, some times I can be of a Little Help, but most of the time I am just reading & Looking,

Thanks again to Rivets, I did not check with You about the Final Mower that I Picket, but in reading different things that You said about Toro, I didn't see how I could go wrong with a New Toro 3000 Series with 52 in. deck, and I did BUY LOCAL<> Used it today for the first time, this is my first time to run a ZTR, after about 30 Min. I was ready to roll, I have about just a little less than 4 ac. that I keep mowed, don't look like it will be scared of anything

I am 75 an hoping this will be the Last Mower I ever Need

Rat

PS: Another Big Plus for this Forum, is I don't see Members trying to Make people Look Bad, I am sure some of You know what I am speaking about, I Have visited some sites where it Looked Like that was what the whole thing was about, calling each other bad names & Such, I say if one does not have something Good to Say Then Why say anything Just My 2 Cents worth LOL

Me two I have an overwhelming curiosity for small engines and love to work on them and this site is like having a small engine encyclopedia. And real time data in one
