JS63 Drive Issue

Hi there, just bought this for my son. The seller said that belt just needed to be replaced. I replaced it but the drive does not seem to engage. The transmission is tilted forward so the belt can’t engage the pulley. If I manually rotate the transmission back to engage it works. There does not seem to be much travel on the engagement arm even if I overpower the spring. Thoughts?

Should be a JS63. Sounds like you are missing the tension spring at the transaxle.

Bingo! You are correct sir! Does anyone happen to know the P/N of that spring???
