I have a 190 John Deere,no spark on the solenoid,no click when I turn the key to start,new battery. I was mowing and just stopped Please Help Me

Check to see if the battery cables are clean and tight at both ends. Especially the negative to chassis.

Test the battery at an auto parts store. New doesn't mean new.

Engine stopping is no spark or fuel. You are lacking one or both.
I put a meter on the battery and it is good,it makes me think it's a safety switch. I have looking at YouTube trying resolve my problem, but there is no current going to the siliniod

All batteries and electrical circuits need LOAD TESTED. Putting a meter on a battery with a dead cell means zero. Oh I see 12 volts means nothing.

Should be a LT190. IF so you could have blown the fuse link. Check for battery voltage at the "B" terminal of the ignition switch.

It would not hurt the PTO field winding resistance if below 1.7 ohms then it is partially shorted which the PTO clutch would need replacing. But tests are in order first.
