Today I finally had some time to work on the engine again.
I removed the cylinder head to see what was going on.
I found two problems: the intake valve is not sealing properly in the cylinder head, and the crankcase breather also allows air to pass in both directions when I blow into it.
I’m going to lap the valves properly and clean the crankcase breather. Then we’ll see if the engine runs properly again.
The rest of the engin looks very good.

I have another silly question for you guys.
Can I get the crankcase ventilation off without removing the flywheel?
I didn't have much time today, I only saw one bolt, but I need to clean it properly.
 
I kinda doubt it as one bolt is mostly under the flywheel. Plus you got to have the vertical clearance to remove the PCV.

Today I cleaned the cylinder head and lapped both valves. They are now 100% sealed again.
It could well be that this has already solved the problem.
I’ll reinstall the cylinder head during the week and see if everything is working properly again.
