Issue with my hustler X-onei it wants to die when I take the brake off or engage the PTO? Any ideas of what it could be?

I have a Hustler X-onei 54" deck. Every time that i take the brake off or engage the PTO it dies. It will start back up with no problem but it will not continue to stay started if I take it out of park or engage the PTO. Any ideas or suggestions?

The common item to both of those is the seat switch or seat switch relay
