Idler Engagemant Bracket

Good Morning Gurus:
I bought a MTD 190-621 snowblower to attach to my Craftsman LT 4000.
The unit was attached to a tractor with electric pto.
The Idler Engagement Bracket is missing for this reason.

Please see attached picture, the part in yellow is what is missing.

I would be in debt to anyone who could tell me the dimensions of this part.

If someone has it and can give you the measurements it would be easy to fab the part... If no one has it, you can get the part here:Parts and Diagrams for White Outdoor 190-621-000 40" 2-Stage Snowthrower (2000)
It is item 41 but at $28.50 I would be tempted to cut a guessed size out of 10 gauge steel plate....

I have a steel "template" cut out and am messing with at present.
Still hoping some one out there can measure theirs and post the dimensions......
