Ideas for the 2012 mowing season.

Hi, I am starting to call my clients from last season about mowing for this year. Any ideas on gaining new clients.. Pricing a lawn, and pricing for my helper. Also I recent placed a bid at a local business and got it for $75 a week. It is about 2 acers and I was going to have my helper bring his tractor too since it is close. How would I pay him for using it, keep in mind I still have to pay him his hourly rate of $8.00. All ideas are welcome thanks!

I would say what ever it would cost to rent a mower + his time.
