I have a problem with my mower running, it will fire if I prime it but it won't run after the fuel is burned.

I have a Hustler zero turn with a 26 HP Kawasali, It has gas in both tanks. I have tried to start it from both tanks, but it won't fire, if I prime it, it burns the fuel and quits running.

I would think the first place to check will be the fuel pump or a blockage in the main fuel line?

Crud stuck in the fuel tap is my first suspect .

Check the fuel solenoid on the carb. Turn the key and listen for it to click.
