Husqvarna RZ3016 Zero-turn Unavailable Belt

Bought this mower 2016 and am looking for OEM belt 575 852401 that drives the wheels. Unfortunately, Husqvarna has discontinued this part. After ordering an OEM from four companies' web sites, I received a "discontinued" e-mail on all.

I've had aggravating luck with non-OEM belts advertised as "fits" or "for" or "replacement for" when they don't fit, don't work at all, don't work as well, fly off, fail early, etc. My original belt is still working fine but I want a spare.

If anyone could help me find an OEM, I would be elated but that appears impossible so I am asking advice on how/where to get a non-OEM belt that will really work reliably.

Any advice will be appreciated.

IT is a Gates 7027BR
Right now the catelogue link is not working for me so I can not give you the specifications but if you click on the BR number above it might work for you
Apparently NAPA use Gates numbers so you could try ordering one through them .

I am coming up with 539120806 for your belt number which is available. The part number that you listed is for the 42 inch mower version not the 30 inch version in your post.

Gates 7027BR is 1/2 x 51.25
The Husqvarna 575852401 is 1/2 x 51 effective length.
The Husqvarna 539120806 is 1/2 x 47-1/2.

So Bert's suggested Gates is the closest to 575852401 as effective is usually a tad shorter than the OC.

But as IL said the 539120806 is the drive belt listed for the RZ3016.

The 3016 designates 30-inch cut and 16 horse power. The EZT Belt is illustrated on page 12 and part number is on page 13. The part number is clearly 575 852401.

Thanks for all the suggestions. Gates is a brand that has had a strong reputation I remember since I was old enough to have an interest in cars so I guess that'll be it.

I hear getting

Husqvarna part's are getting hard to get. There shutting down a lot of factories in North America. Quess they want to support electric BS and not there ICE equipment.​

Okay I just got the phone my Husqvarna tech support guy.

Here is the problem. You have 966612301-04 (revision level 4) which uses the 539120806 belt. Now the 966612301-03 (revision level 3) used the 575852401 belt. This should have been note in the IPL manuals. Also original -00, -01, and -02 also uses 539120806 belt. It is weird that one revision used a different belt.

So for future make you use the full 966612301-04 number when looking up parts.

I actually got the part number i listed directly from the Husqvarna dealer site using the 966612301-04 number not the RZ3016 because as noted by Star variations can have consequences. And the number that you listed only showed up for the 42 inch models per Husqvarna dealer parts search.
