Husqvarna RPM question

I have a Husqvarna MZ52LE with fr691v. 3420 RPM when cutting grass is to low? Thanks for your help!

3400 would be a factory spec for a lot of mower on the market. 3600 would be the max allowable from the engine manufacturer, but do to pulley configurations 3400+/-150 would be within the normal range for turning the hydro pumps within their designed spec as well as keeping the blades below the 19000 fpm rating set by Ansi.

To say you have s FR691V does not give the information needed to get the top no load RPM's of the engine. Spec no. is needed.
