Trimmer has very little run time and always starts in 2 or 3 pulls. I decided to put a speed feed 400 on it and after I got done it won't do anything. Had it upside down to put the speed feed on and I can't figure out what happened. Has Spark and seams to be getting fuel. Took carb apart, everything looks perfect. Help.......

Figured it had to be something with carburetor, but how just by having upside down. Got a $18 one on Amazon, 3 pulls and runs like new.

Most of the time a mechanic in a busy shop will just swap out carbs as
it takes too much time and $$$ to tinker around with one, boil it out etc.

Besides most don't even have the knowledge of how to repair the carburetors. It is a shame that our industry tech are becoming to a just part replacer and hope it fixes it problem techs.

Sometime I clack it up to the techs just being too lazy to learn something new but some techs I have dealt with over the years couldn't figure their way out of wet paper bag with both ends open.
