HRX217K5VKAA WOBBLY FRONT WHEELS

I have a Honda mower that I love but the front wheels become wobbly. Seems like the whole lock assembly wobbles. I have tightened it up to no avail and added washers for a better grip. Tires are relative new as I replaced them not long ago. Love my mower but have reservations about buying another Honda since they no longer make them but have found a few including HRX21K6VKAD that appears very similar. But I read the newer ones that are still at some retailers have issues.
Looking for a fix for the wobbly wheels which result in uneven cuts. And if no good fix, thoughts on that last models made by Honda AND/or a recommendation for a quality mower like this old Honda mower. It has been great over the years I have had it. My grass is thick St. Augustine.

The wheels have a bearing or bush in them depending upon the actual model
Then there is the axel itself .
We have different height adjusters here so that is all I can say

They are still selling Honda lawn mowers to the world, just not the retarded United Socialist States of America. The parts are far from non-existent my friend!
