how to adjust pulley brake on 42" Husqvarna YTH18542 mower deck

when pulley brakes are set to stop blades quickly deck vibrates really bad when correct tension set on deck belt vibration almost completely gone but blades takes some time to quit rotating how can i set brakes with little or no vibration mower only month old

Where did you purchase the mower from?

Usually this is because the brakes are trying to stop the pulleys while the belt is still trying to drive them
One foot on a bake the other on the accelerator doesn't make for a smooth ride.

Worn beake pads ans loose bearings also give rise to similar vibrations.

If only a month old I would be getting the dealer to look at it as they have a 3 yr bumper to bumper warranty at Lowe's site I just looked at.
