How good are Zero Turns at mulching?

I have a simplicity regent with a mulch kit. The cut is awesome and leaves no stragglers or clumps behind. However.. its' getting old and since we have moved to a bigger property it is being retired.

I can seem to find any info on how well theses zero turns mulch. Even on you tube.. there isn't a lot

My only real options for dealers are kubota and ferris where I live.

So.. if anyone has any info on how their zero turn mower mulches that would be fantastic

P.S I'm not cutting extremely long grass, or wet grass.

A zero turn will mulch as good as a riding mower. In most cases even better.

The Velocity deck that Scag uses works great for what your trying to do.

I'll second that Scag comment. The Velocity deck is every bit as good as the Grasshopper high end decks, perhaps better.

I have an Raptor SD 48 with the mulch kit and I am very happy with the way it mulches.

Got absolutely nothing to do with the type of mower.
It is all about the design of the deck.
What is moving the deck is irrelevant.
More ZTR's are made for commercial use and commercial mowing contractor like to mulch as it saves a lot of time and makes less mess thus most ZTR's will offer a dedicated mulching deck.

Tractors tend to be more residential. There is no where near the amount of profit so they tend to be fitted with universal decks untill you get into the high end residential.
