How fast would this make my garden tractor go?

I was wondering how fast my garden tractor would go if I put a1-3/4 inch pulley for the rear and a 8 inch pulley for the front

If it is a hydro a tiny bit faster just before the transmission blows up
hydros hhax a maximum input speed around 4000 rpm
Mowers run at around 3600 rpm
