How do you prop your mower up to get under the deck? We use the trailer and run it up on the side

We block the rear wheels and use a car jack either under the front axle, or the front edge of the deck. This depends on the size and brand of unit.

I have a real strong wife and she rolls Murray back and holds it up while I place the saw horses under the back wheels.:laughing:

Maybe I should have said car floor jack, and it is the fastest way I've found after forty years under the deck.

I have used a floor jack before. I just don't like laying down to change blades. If I could get my wife to stop buying things that I can't use I would get a drive on lift

I understand that, but there is no faster way, even with a lift. Been there and done that. Lift takes up too much space, not portable and needs to be reset for each different size tractor.

This might sound odd but one of the first things I look at when buying a mower is how hard or easy it is to change the blades I have found that when it comes to GT or LT I like my Murray cause it's just a round shaft no star to mess with now I don't use it much as I don't like the rest of the mower
