Honda HRN536C1VYEA Smart Drive

Just bought a new HRN536C1VYEA and am disappointed with the Smart Drive, even the slightest incline or longer grass causes the mower to stop moving.

If I jack up the mower, the wheels spin merrily.

I cannot see any recommendations in the User Manual.

Anyone else had the same problem or have any suggestions of what to check....

Bought from a Big Box store, take it back. Bought at a dealer, take it back and have them check it out.
