Hello Folks,

I just bought a used GCV160. It fires right up on the first pull, but the engine doesn't sound like it is running at full capacity. At times, it will sputter a little, and then catch itself and pick back up. This is happening pretty constantly during use. Any ideas on what it could be? It has fresh gas and oil. Your opinions would be greatly appreciated!!
