Have a Rover lawnmower with a honda HXV140 faulty coil. Quoted £100 from UK parts. Any ideas?
Tried to up load a photo but its did not work

I'm going to move this thread over to our Honda section. Someone over there will probably have some ideas.
 
Would I be right in assuming you meant to say GXV140 and not HXV being that G & H are adjacent keys ?
IF so I get honda part 30500-ZG9-801 from a USA site at $ 54 US
None of my aftermarket suppliers list a coil for that model
There are some listed on ebay & Amazon but as there is never a refund on coils you are playing the parts lottery buying from there .
