My name is Fred and I live here in Michigan. The weather is ugly today, from 75 to 35 in an instant. Lol. That's mi.
I am working on 23 year old Wizard lawn tractor that I picked up for a $100.00 with a motor that wouldn't run. I found out that the magnetron coil was bad and I replaced that and the motor runs great. Now I am wanting to put new bearings in the mower deck spindles as they are froze up. I can't get the buggers apart, they are rusted pretty bad. I have used penetrating oil and mapp gas heat to no avail. I have the motor on a bench now and have to install it and hook up the wiring. This wiring project will be a first for me. Someone has got the wiring all messed up trying to get it running by bypassing all the safety switches. I will put the motor back in the tractor and try to get it to run. If I can get it running in the tractor I may invest in some new deck spindles and have a nice lawn tractor for back up. I am retired and am enjoying fooling around with this project.

Thank you for reading
Fred

I am about 4 miles east of Birch Run. My grandson lives in Swartz Creek, and my granddaughter lives in Durand.

Thanks Fred:cool:
