Help before I go insane! Drive belt replacement

I believe it's a murray 425303x92a .... but I still don't know why that belt is slipping or how to replace it. Is it as big of a pain in the *** as it looks? From what I was seeing almost looked like the steering column or components had to be removed to replace the belt.
 
I have a rear engine rider and it took me about two weeks to figure out the routing of the belt:mad: make sure you know the proper routing if you do it your self :thumbsup: I had a mobile repair man fix it in one an a half hours. at only $126 gonna keep his number handy :thumbsup:
