Help before I go insane! Drive belt replacement

I believe it's a murray 425303x92a .... but I still don't know why that belt is slipping or how to replace it. Is it as big of a pain in the *** as it looks? From what I was seeing almost looked like the steering column or components had to be removed to replace the belt.

I have a rear engine rider and it took me about two weeks to figure out the routing of the belt make sure you know the proper routing if you do it your self :thumbsup: I had a mobile repair man fix it in one an a half hours. at only $126 gonna keep his number handy :thumbsup:
