Hello, my name is Eric and I am a lawn tractor addict.
I'm married, 53, a knife maker by trade, and live in the northeastern part of Indiana.
I have an old ranch king, two simplicity mowers, a John Deere 110, and my most recent addition is a John Deere 212. Actually I bought a 212 from a guy who owns a small mom and pop small engine shop and the motor blew on the 212 before I could get it in my trailer. So the guy is rebuilding the engine. I am supposed to pick it up this week. I also agreed to buy another 212 that I will be picking up next weekend.
Right now I have my sights set on finding a John Deere 318. I am thinking I might be able to turn one of the 212's to help get that done.
I'm new to this forum, but have always loved the little tractors. Until recently I havent had any kind of goal regarding what specifically I want and what I want it to be able to do.
I'm looking forward to learning as much as I can.
