My 75755 Toro mover with the Toro engine that I have had maybe 10 months old is starting to have problem starting. It stays inside a shad. Using choke to start it almost drains down battery. Good gas good battery, really dont understand why a new mover with 23 hours is doing this.

Well if stays inside a Shad then that might be the problem as that one cold fish.

But seriously have made sure the choke on the carb is fully closing?

Choke hard on, throttle full on. If still doesn't start, disconnect both ends of both battery cables and clean them. If it still doesn't start, spray with starter fluid. If it then starts immediately, most likely needs a fuel pump.

If it is brand new have the dealer fix under warranty. You said that the choke is fully closed, but did you visually check that it is closing all the way?

Make sure the cables are tight. Mine was doing the same thing when it was brand new and I noticed the battery cables were loose. Mine probably wasn't charging while running. I also think the hour meter I installed drains the battery.
