GT275 drive belt flop

This old work horse just keeps going. I have noticed a lot of drive belt flop. I recently replaced the deck clutch and can see wear on different parts that the drive belt is flopping against. It didnt seem very tight, so I adjusted the idler on the pivot a small bit. It still flopped around. The drive and driven pulleys are worn and the v-belt is a little ragged. It’s not that old. Before I replace the belt and maybe both pulleys, what do y'all think?

Go to Parts Tree or Jacks small engine to get the correct parts that fit. The dealer will be stupid expensive due to inflated markup.
