Greatdane comercial mower

I have a comercial Great Daine mower keeps throwing belt off of deck. Tried smaller size belt no luck. Different length no luck. Different adjustments on tension spring no luck. I like the mower. Any ideas out there
 
Where does the belt jump off,
At the engine ?
at the deck?

Danes are great mowers but they eat spindle bearing
Can you move the blades up & down ?
