Gas tank removal

Unable to remove gas tank on craftsman push mower model 917377582 Seems to be a fastener i can't find. No luck utube.
 
This shows to be an older model. Can you provide a couple of pictures? That may help us help you. As near as I can tell, this is a Briggs and Stratton engine. If that is the case, there will be numbers stamped on the engine valve cover.

Sears did not manufacture their mowers, they were private labeled by others who actually build them.

Looks like possible 1 screw maybe 2 1755270389497.png
Tecumseh has a habit of requiring the tank to be twisted away from the blower housing and then pulling up out of the locking slots.
