Little off topic here but I used to work with a guy whose family had a big farm spread. A big highway went through a big part of the best field. One day his dad was running his tractor across the road to plow over there, State Trouper saw him, hit the lights to write him up. That trouper really got an education that day from what I've heard. They left him alone after that. I wonder if that picture might be something similar? Getting even.

pretty long-standing principle in Law, you can't prevent someone access to their property.

It gets a bit funny down here like that
You car drive an unregistered tractor directly across a road from one paddock to another but only if the gates are directly opposite
However you are allowed to drive the entire length of your fence on the verge to mow the verge with an unregistered tractor
But if you drive from one paddock to the adjacent paddock you get booked for unregistered vehicle .
Found that out the expensive way .
