Front wheel play

I appreciate that info. I tried to locate washers with the 25/32 ID, and they are very difficult to find. I don't think I have a drill bit that big, though.

They are just taking up space so the hole can be bigger or rough which is perfect for practicing your file skills with a round or small 1/2 round file
Or a Dremel tool & carbide burr

I make that many custom washers now days I am looking a some specialist collets rather than having to do them 1 at a time in the 3 jaw chuck.

Well I dug out the Husqvarna washers that would be 13 and 53 in the diagram. The one on the left is item 13. And it will take a lot of filing to get like the image. It is an optical illusion that the hole in the right washer is smaller. The ID is the same

LH washer is Husqvarna 532121749 and they are 0.55" thick
RH washer is Husqvarna 532121748 1-5/8 OD

Some don't think about how these cost from equipment OEM until they have to buy them.
