FR691V - Low IDIL rough / pulsing

I have a Gravely ZT HD 52 with a Kawasaki FR691V and having some issues at low IDIL. My model of zero turn is 991083. It randomly acts like it wants to stall or cut off at low IDIL , but when throttle is up no issues. New fuel filter, spark plugs, air filter, gas cap and oil changed start of season, fresh gas, carb torn apart / cleaned and still having issues. I pulled off gas line going to carb and gas is coming out quick and I didn’t see any clogs in gas line. I put a video below of how it acts. Any help would be very appreciated as I’m lost where to go next.

Sounds like an obstruction in the idle circuit to me causing surging
So back off withthe carb and pay strict attention to the idle passages, both fuel & air .

How many hours of run time on the engine. Have the valve lash ever been checked and/or adjusted?

I had the same issue. I tried replacing the plugs, fuel filter, air filter, checked carb springs etc. I finally gave up and simply replaced the carb and the problem went away.
