Finding correct B&S pull start recoil assembly

I cannot find correct pull start recoil Assembly for my 13hp intec engine can anybody help me?

Post your engine model #. Eg: 28A707-1234-E1. On a shroud or valve cover.

21A902 0149 E1 I have 2 already that are supposed to be the right ones but the bolt pattern is too small I need the distance to be 8.25 inches diagonally across the bolt holes

That is not the right one either the bolt pattern needs to be 8.25 diagonally across the bolt holes

Yours is 2004. Looks like they only made pull starters for 2012 and newer. Maybe another recoil can be adapted.
Heck, for $70 price...I'd figure a way to wrap a rope with pull handle around the FW cup.
Or I'd fix the electric start - 13hp 21ci engine is pretty hefty to be pulling on.
