You posted on another thread that a magnet came off the flywheel right? If its still off so is the balance of the flywheel. The flywheel was balanced when new and without the magnet weight the flywheel is off balance. If you have your tires on your car balanced and one of the weights comes off, your wheel/tire is now out of balance and you car vibrates. But if you replaced the flywheel with the missing magnet with a different one then you have another problem. Did you do that? Correction; If you replace the flywheel with a good flywheel and you still have a vibration then you have another problem. ;End Correction

Did you remove the flywheel? Did the magnet come off the inside of the flywheel? Do you have a picture of the magnet?

The magnet came from inside the flywheel the old magnet was split so I just took it off.

I stand by my statement. The flywheel is out of balance, hence vibration. If you put a different good flywheel on the vibration will be gone. Maybe someone else can help you if you don't think I'm correct. I hope things work out for you.

I would go to a local small shop and buy a used flywheel and be done with it.

OR you can not take anyone's advice and just run it the way it is.
It could last years or maybe just a few days.

I have had motors vibrate bad when shutting them down. 9 out of 10 times it was a loose engine to frame bolt.

Glad you found it. Good job.
