G'day all
Got a TS 142T husqvarna fitted with a Loncin CC HV764 engine
Displays typical no ACR symptoms so after wasting a day trying to find the specs for the engine , I thought i might just have a stab
After fighting with the glued on rocker covers for an hour I find every rocker has a different valve lash
Any one know what it should be because I really do not wany to glue the covers back on only to have to take them off again
Did I mention silicon should be banned
PS customer got it serviced @ 30 hours and it now has 42 on it ,
Customer has a 2 acre block so he recons it was dealer serviced only 1 month ago

I believe that going to be a Loncin LC2P80F.

Valve clearance: Intake valve: 0.10 ~0.15 mm Exhaust valve: 0.15 ~0.20 mm

Rocker covers are sheared off. And when reapplying the RTV you should finger tight the screws, let sit over night, then torque to 65 in/lbs and then start the engine as you don't want getting on the RTV before it sets up.

By shearing I mean remove the screws, take a wooden board place on the side of cover, and strike the board with a heavy hammer. This will shear/loosen the RTV bond and then you can remove the covers. And of course clean up the remaining RTV before applying a new bead of RTV
