Engine idles,no wheel engagement

Lz27kc604 laser z. Daughter tried to do me a favor and mow during work and the unit coasted into rocks after a minute. Ideals fine and engages blades but no movement. Fluid level fine hydraulics , low on engine oil so filling up , all belts fine. ???

Check the drive belt is on the pulleys and that the bypass valves are in the drive position
