When you try to start it do you hear a click at the Solenoid? If you do not see if you can turn the blades by hand. if you cannot I would say you have a bent shaft.
I can turn the blade by hand and it starts on first or second pull . Prob start on first pull but I'm 66 and have a pulled muscle in my right shoulder, the one I pull start with. lol

when I push the start button it turns the engine over. Just not fast enough to start it

so today I'll pull the connections and battery and use some dialectric grease in them to see if I can improve the connections. the wires on the battery are soldered to it and lead to a molex connector. I'll also try to find the groundand sand that connection too. will advise

I'll check and clean all the connections. Thanks
So you may have been right. I took all the connectors apart and put dielectric grease on them. then I took a car jumpstart battery and hooked it up and it fired up. Maybe hitting the rock jarred the connections and also the battery. Maybe a dead cell not giving enough amps or volts or something. Thanks for your help

I have a feeling I broke a cell in the battery and it wasn't giving enough juice to the batter. Thanks for replying to the post.

Keep in mind the charging system in that mower is probably 3 amp or less and starting it for 5 and 10 minute jobs will never keep up your battery. A cheap battery maintainer left on between uses would help a bunch.

I saw a youtube video where a guy hooked up a harbor freight 12 volt tool battery to his mower. It fired his mower right up! I like the idea of being able to bring the battery in and put it on the charger . It comes with the charger too and is only 14.99. I'm really temped to try it.

probably a better battery then the mower battery . I have noticed the warranty on most mower batteries is 90 days , I would just tarp strap the jump start pack to it, Elon said we need to cut back on wasteful spending

He has 200+ years of bloat to trim through. I would think he would need the entire US military to assist him. Every bill that comes up is full of bloat.
