Does this seems right?

It seems when moving the handle it adjusts the engine speed. But it seems so cheap. Does everything seems right here with springs etc?

Another thing. Where to adjust idle speed? When letting go of the speed handle the engine dirs.

When youy relese the handle, it engages the engine brake, but also should shut off the condition. The thing in the video that you are rotating, should be rotated to the right to get full throttle, and when rotated to the left should slow down the engine, and if there is a kill wire attached it should shut off the ignition..

Cleaned the airfilter and the gasoline tank and filled it with new gasoline.
Engine is working ok now! Before it came black smoke and the engine stopped.
Easy to work on.
