Does Anyone Know Where To Get Older Manual Predator Engine?

Hi All!
Short Version:
Brother borrowed Wacker plate compactor some years ago. Kohler K91 engine stopped working. He put on a Predator engine, probably around 2018. He returned the compactor to me yesterday. Engine troubles.

Trouble:
I searched for the owner's & parts manual at Harbor Freight. They listed four choices using SKU number to differentiate which engine. My engine does not show any of the skus son HF web site. Do you know where to get older Predator manuals and parts lists?

Thanks For Helping. It is much appreciated and the manual will be helpful while I diagnose this engine & seek parts.

You have a Loncin G210FA engine. Attached is the IPL. The only service manual is for snow engine version otherwise it is for the same engine.

Do you happen to know what the valve clearance is for this engine? That I also couldn't find.

Well if I convert SAE correctly it is .004-.006" IN and .006-.008" EX Also the locking nut is torqued to 85 in-lbs middle f the road setting.

I apologize, but I forgot to ask if you know the ignition coil clearance to the flywheel & spark plug gap. I looked at the versions of the owner's manual on Harbor Freight site and they varied.

Plug 0.030"

Both of which are pretty common for small engines
