D125 clutch idler pulley not engaging.

Mower not moving in forward or reverse. Transmission rod is working but the clutch idler rod is not engaging the clutch pulley.I see no movement in the clutch rod and can't see where the rod attaches to the forward/reverse peddle even when I turned the whole thing over.

I did. turned the whole thing over still can't see behind the stuff in the way.
