Make sure all of your electrical connections are clean and tight. That's about all I have to offer, besides a careful inspection of the wiring to make sure all the insulation is where it should be. Good luck!

What fuses are blowing?....
They are there to protect the wiring, you have a short in the circuit that is getting hot & roasting fuses... find the problem Before you replace the fuses, if you continue overheating the wiring and associated switches, you will have a Lot more to replace ... :smile:KennyV

:confused:The Fuses that kept Blowing is located on next to the battery the right hand side when sitting on the mower. Im not going to keep putting fuses in i dont want to melt the wires but the Oil Sentry Switch was Recently replaced also. Im looking a the charging system schmatics and it seem to me that the fuses connects to the B+ on the Regulator Can that be bad? im going to try to attach a pic.
