Cub Cadet lawn tractor - mower deck shuts off when going down a slight grade with the backup light/switch on. What could be causing this to happen?

My LT1045 is having the same issue, plus clutch disengages when I execute a sharp turn?

My RZT50 cuts the mower deck off too. According to dealer; it is a safety (idiot) feature Cub installed. Evidently somebody backed up over a car; kid; or dog. Haven't tried to disable it; probably too much hassle.T
