The pilot air screw that is near the bottom of the carb. Is this screw supposed to be screwed all the way in?

No ... not all the way closed, at idle you should find a point between closed and 1 1/2 open, where it idles best... :smile:KennyV

Thanks for the Welcome !! If I open it even 1/2 turn it leaks gas out. Suggestions?

There should be a very small o-ring where it screws in... :smile:KennyV
