The plastic button broke now my mower will not start,How to disconnect my cruise control on my LT-200
I jumped the starter solenoid and the engine cranks fine, so battery and starter are good

I’ll have to look this up, I think the cruise control mechanism on mine is purely mechanical, but yours might be electrical. Stay tuned.

Here we go. Your cruise control is the same as mine. It’s a mechanical system with rods that run down to the brake pedal arm, and I presume an electrical switch. Rather than try to wire around it, I’d just replace the plastic cruise control switch, it’s really inexpensive.The plastic button for the cruise control broke now my mower will not start,
