greetings,
i am new here so bear with me please. i tried the search engine here but came away with nuthing. maybe i did something wrong.
my question is is there a way to determine what model my ltv10 is if the machine is missing the id plate that was on the back plate.
i need new drive belts.

howdy,

there is a sticky tag on the left fender that has the date 1983. don't know if that is the date of manufature???
the machine came with no deck.

I believe your mower has two drive belts Try looking up model # 917252631 on sears parts. Or if you can post a pic of the mower here and I can go from there

it does have two drive belts.
a wide one that goes from engine to double pulley under middle of tractor and a narrower one that goes directly to rear end pulley.
how would i post a pic here?

one last question. i did a google search with the part numbers you gave after i asked about them being sears numbers and AYP came up as a part number. does it then follow that the tractor was built by AYP?
