St. Patrick's day is almost upon us (this thursday, in fact)!
Share your favorite way to make corned beef!
Here's mine:
Small head of cabbage, cut into 8ths, bout 2 cups water
corned beef, fat side up, with the spice packet rubbed on it. Then coat the top of THAT with yellow mustard & brown sugar.
Slow cook in an oval crockpot for 8 hrs on low.
Serve with a nice irish stout. :thumbsup:
Now I'm hungry again!!!:laughing:
