He is my baby of the four felines we have, at about ten months old he decided to settle in, it's a 14 inch screen--he would never fit on it today.

How adorable...they must be good buddies.

A little TOO good, the gray male got the calico pregnant!

Lost the kitten, tho - died saturday. Yup, she only had ONE kitten - odd. No stillborns, nothing. Just one fluffy little kitten - I wanted to keep it, too...:frown:

I am SO SORRY to learn of that....it always saddens to learn of the death of any pets, old or young, big or small...my thoughts and prayers are with you.

Thanks.

She's gettin too old to have kittens. Her las litter 6 months ago all died in about two weeks. 5 of them. That was tough to take. We keep meanin to get her fixed, but her kittens are so adoreable - we never have a problem giving them away. Now, we gotta. Gettin him fixed too.

The toughest part about losing this last one was my kid really took it hard. He bawled. :frown:

we had a trojan on ours, I am not the most adept, but I know some. It kept popping up that it had a virus and shutting down the computer, I tried downloading something to fix it and nothing worked, I had to wipe mine too.

It's a windows update, and I'd have to run the updater again to get the error. That'll kill my connection's speed. So, I'll let you know ASAP. (like tomorrow) It's some security thing.

Windows 7 (64 bit) is not as well developed as its 32 bit cousins. Lots of third party stuff won't install, not because of the drivers, but because they left the 32-bit installer in it. Had problems with other updates, too, but it let me skip them. It won't with this secutiy one. it just downloads, tries installing, whines, repeat.

I'm not too worried about it - my phone has a stout firewall on it. (that's how I'm online - via a tether to my Android phone). Just annoys me and adds 3 minutes to the shutdown.

My new laptop also is running windows7 64... I have just gone through a LOT of software install problems including the SAME thing you are talking about...
IF you are running Nortons internet security and having the problem You will have to turn OFF the security program... then install the windows update, reboot, there will be a conflict in the registry, have your security program deal with it... It will make changes to accommodate what windows needs, and all will be fine. If you have nortons this will all happen smoothly ... If you have someone else it may be a little less than smooth...

Are you using PDANet to tether your android?? I do now and then FAST... and with what they just announced unlimited on your phone is unlimited... No exception on data use... :smile:KennyV

I use easy tether pro (paid version), only $10, and worth every penny. I had trouble finding pdanet. When I did, I didn't like where it wanted me to d/l from. Ain't the LMF app killer? Didja write a review for it?

The problematic update (the only one I can't seem to fix) is for microsoft .NET........ still haven't got it fixed, and just gave up on it, and let it complain.

I finally switched to the paid PDAnet version... $15 and change but it has always been well above 2Mbps... I also have an air card, don't know why, I should drop it an just tether when I need it...
Thanks for the reminder to write the review on the LMF app... I was so excited to see it was there, as soon as I retrieved my passwords I logged on, but I will do it before I quit for the night... :smile:KennyV
