Cleaned my trimmer today

Looks very good! How did you clean it exacly?

I cleaned my mower yesterday and even repainted some spots around the discharge shoot.

I cleaned my mower yesterday and even repainted some spots around the discharge shoot.

All I used was a scrub brush for the thicker areas, paper towels, and water. :thumbsup:

I just squirted some Simple Green on it, and it all wiped right off. It is kind of weird how stuck all that grass gets!:confused2:

I actually use a Kawasaki trimmer though, but have you guys noticed any string getting stuck to the inside of the head. Occasionally I will get some that seems to have melted into the spool. Just weird.

I personally have not seen that.

Some times the line gets hot an will cause this I seen someone put wd-40 on there an it not do that but I haven't had it happen on my speed feed head though :thumbsup:

Your equipment looks great I love Echo and I've tried cleaning my trimmers many times but never seem to get them that clean, what did you use to get that stuck on grass off the shaft?

For the shaft and trimmer plastic use purple power. For the power head use 409 cleans it without taking the clear cote off
