Got another inch of rain last nite, after drizzling most of yesterday...I have measured an actual 8 inches of rainfall here so far this month...the local weather forecast says they have only recorded 2.9 inches this month. Quite a disparity.

Re posting to the wrong thread. Sorry I don't know how that happened. Anyway, its been raining here all week. Not as much as you have, but the grass is growing and all I can do is watch. My back yard an acre plus is already on the wet side. This extra rain is not helping. I have surface water now. I guess I'll need pontoons soon, but heck the grass is green.

I rained every day last week. Now half my garden is still under water and it is way to wet to get in there with the tractor. Oh I got a customer complaining that her grass growed in the last two weeks:eek: She was bitching at me telling me its my fault it grew after I cut it two weeks ago. Sorry about the short rant it just got under my skin thats all.

You say "I rained every day last week..." That would get under my skin too....

Heck it is so wet here I would have to mow every few days to keep up but it's too wet. The sun came out yesterday afternoon but did little to dry anything out.

If that was not sarcasm -- I'm sure there are some here who would be happy to send you theirs ! For a few years we have been behind the "normal" rainfall and even had "drought" -- This year we are above normal !

They said today on the news that it is now officially the wettest spring on record across the entire northeast! Meanhlile parts of the south and midwest are having the driest spring ever. This is a freaky year!
