Bought a torx 40 drive socket but there's no way it will fit past the starter head to get to the right hand screw to take the starter off. Is there a special tool for this?

The starter drive has to be turned to where the flats are lined up to reach in there and get to the bolt head. Also need an extended reach Torx, can't be a short one. I think the Briggs tool is a 1/2 inch wobble socket in 1/4 in drive\

I don't remember having an issue with getting a torx driver in their, The socket trick can be challenging.

I use a torx key like an allan key and a spannar on the short end for leverage.
