Brand new Husqvarna 128LD bogs down after changing line

The drive disc is what I was curious about.... People bring them in my shop and they are missing or on backwards... I have no idea how they can put them on backwards, but they do.........

I looked it over before removing it. Doesn't make sense to install it it backwards. But hey, we have warnings on poisons.
