Say you can mow 2 acres a hour with one mower. Use two and it will take 6 to 7 hours.

I would charge $500 to $600

My toro will cut 3 to 4 acres a hour so price would drop if I had two
$350 to $400

$35 an acre

BHLC has a great base figure. I'm assuming its something commercial and mostly wide open. If your string trimming and doing a bid. Ask to walk the property and imagine you string trimming while timing the time it takes to walk it and figure in anywhere from $1.50 a minute up to whatever you think you need. Then place you bi weekly now based on that

We cut it Monday and Tuesday. Won't be cutting it again unless they agree to a good bit more than we cut it for this time. According to Planimeter it is actually 39.4 acres. Really rough. Many, many, many, trees. About 2 hours of weed eating.
